JULY NEWSLETTER

Holidays

Please can you let your manager know your holiday dates as soon as possible.

Car Park

There were two cars broken into on the evening of Friday 14 July whilst training was in progress. Unfortunately the CCTV was not working. To try and prevent any more incidents we would like to ask parents to keep an eye out wherever possible please.

RJIHC website

If you have not received or returned a form from your manager regarding giving your consent for your child to be included in the team information on this website please can you ensure this is done as soon as possible.

Parental attendance at training

As you should all be aware parents are not permitted to sit around the arena during training sessions.  We have now allocated Block One for parents to sit in whilst training is in progress.

Team socks and tracksuits

If you have not already purchased your team tracksuits and socks could you please let your manager know as soon as possible.

Equipment

All players must have shorts without any tears/rips/splits in the legs this season.  Zipped shorts must be done up at all times otherwise officials will be calling a penalty for illegal equipment.  Please note when purchasing new equipment that club colours are BLUE shorts and WHITE helmets.  New players are given dispensation until they need to purchase new ones but existing players will be expected to comply.

Next season players whose equipment does not match club colours will not be allowed to play.  This will be an EIHA rule as well as a club rule.

Club passes

If you have not received your club pass for this season could you please see Allison Taylor with your new passport photographs.  Your pass does entitle you to a discount into the arena on public sessions and for Raiders and Spitfires games.

Meet the players evening

On Saturday 26 August we are having a "Meet the Players" evening for both the Raiders and the Spitfires in the arena bar.  Admission to the event is free of charge!

Parents -v- kids match

This will be on Saturday 5 August at 5.45pm.  If you would like to participate please see Claire Dunnage to book your place.
